online website and the platform would be referred to as "Website" and "Platform" respectively.

Personally identifiable information (PII) and client documents uploaded by professionals
remain the sole responsibility of the professional. Pinnovate will never sell or share
this data without

The platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., SMS/email APIs, cloud
storage) to deliver messages, manage files, and enhance user experience.

files in the cloud.
